Core Rules

The official Blade Runner RPG propels you into the streets of Los Angeles as Blade Runners with unique specialties, personalities – and memories. The game pushes the boundaries of investigative gameplay in tabletop RPGs, giving you a range of tools to solve an array of cases far beyond retiring Replicants.

Beyond the core casework, the game showcases the key themes of Blade Runner – sci-fi action, corporate intrigue, existential character drama, and moral conflict. It challenges you to question your friends, empathize with your enemies, and explore the poisons and perseverance of hope and humanity during inhumane times.

The rules of the game are based on the acclaimed Year Zero Engine, used in award-winning games such as the ALIEN RPG, Tales From the Loop and Forbidden Lands, but further developed and uniquely tailored for BLADE RUNNER.

Starter Set

The official Blade Runner RPG is a neon noir wonderland that will take your breath away, one way or another. Walk the mean streets of Los Angeles 2037 as a Blade Runner in the LAPD Rep-Detect Unit. Enter an iconic and unforgiving playground of endless possibilities that picks you up, slaps you in the face, and tells you to wake up.

Replicant Rebellion Book

The REPLICANT REBELLION book is a full-color, hardback major expansion to the multiple award-winning official BLADE RUNNER roleplaying game from Free League Publishing and Alcon Entertainment. It flips the game setting on its head, allowing players to take the roles of Replicants and humans fighting back against those who exploit, abuse, and kill Replicants.

REPLICANT REBELLION includes a deep dive into the underground world of Blade Runner in the year 2037, at least four new character archetypes, new rules for Covers and Heat, rules for playing and creating Operations, and at least three complete Operations to play. The book will be further expanded if stretch goals are unlocked during the campaign.

The main creative crew from the BLADE RUNNER RPG core game continues on REPLICANT REBELLION with Tomas Härenstam as game director and lead designer, Joe LeFavi as setting writer, Christian Granath as graphic designer, and cover artist Martin Grip, plus new recruits: Eren Arik (Dune) as lead interior artist and Johan Nohr (MÖRK BORG, CY_BORG) providing mind-melting interstitials as the subversive voice of the Rebellion.

The Asset Pack

an ASSET PACK for the BLADE RUNNER roleplaying game – playable with both REPLICANT REBELLION and the core game. The ASSET PACK includes a host of physical and digital handouts and tools for the Game Runner to create their own Case Files and Operations.

The items in the ASSET PACK include Independent Sentinel front pages, location maps, crime scene photos, NPC mugshots, data sheets, Esper photos, and more. Additional assets can be unlocked as stretch goals.

Game Runner Screen

A deluxe Game Runner’s Screen in landscape format for the official BLADE RUNNER RPG. It features beautiful art on the outside and a host of useful tables and important information on the inside, while keeping the Game Runner’s plans hidden from the eyes of inquisitive players. There is no digital version of this item.

Dice Set

A set of four engraved Base Dice, designed specifically for the official BLADE RUNNER RPG. These special dice are designed to support the game mechanics but can be used as normal dice as well. There is no digital version of this item.
